COCO Conquers the Great North Run!

Congratulations to all of COCO's 48 runners who took on the Great North Run this year! A special mention must go staff from North Tees and Hartlepool Hospital who have been in training since February, many taking on the challenge for the first time. Thanks also to our volunteers Rachel, Lorna and Katie who looked after our runners at the end of the race.
Runners will raise a fantastic total of £11,000 and all funds raised will go to COCO's iThemba Lethu project in South Africa.
iThemba Lethu ( 'I have a destiny') focuses on supporting vulnerable babies orphaned by HIV through their Family Integration programmes as well as helping adolescents affected by HIV/Aids through HIV prevention programmes.
