York 10k entries are now open and with 1000 of the 3000 places available already snapped up now's the time to get your running shoes on and sign up.The event will take place on August 2nd 2009 through the beautiful and historic streets of York.
To enter simply apply on line at www.runningworld.co.uk/york10k and select COCO as your charity of choice.
All we ask is that you raise as much as you can for COCO's wonderful projects overseas and we'll provide you with a bright orange COCO vest and loads of fundraising hints and tips.
