The First Ever York 10K

York 10K
Thank you and Congratulations to all Team COCO runners and volunteers who took part in the York 10K yesterday! It was a beautiful sunny day and all participants enjoyed the beautiful route around the racecourse and the city!
Special thanks go to all those of you who wore your orange vest with pride and came to visit us at the COCO tent to receive your well earned hot chocolate and bananas!
Well done to Marcus Cram for being the first Team COCO member home and coming second overall in a very commendable time of 35:16!! Well done also to Gemma Dyer, who did a grand job of representing the COCO staff!! Despite being a little stiff this morning she is back in the office working hard!

Although there were only a handful of Team COCO participants this year, it wasn’t bad for a small North Eastern charity and we are very proud of you all. Hopefully next year, you will come back and we can double the number of Team COCO runners!
