Common criticisms of education in Tanzania are high student to teacher ratios, a lack of skilled and motivated teachers and a lack of adequate resources.
Each of these issues can be countered through increased numbers of qualified teachers. An increased supply of teachers would reduce student to teacher ratios, improve the quality of education and skilled teachers are better equipped to overcome a lack of learning resources.
