This is just what UK Athletics have been able to trace, so sterling performances in trail races, cross country, ultras and any distance on the road that isn't 10k, 13 miles or 26 miles are not included. Neither are brilliant performances in Africa and Europe posted by Team COCO this year.
Make sure you are registered on the UK Athletics site so your performances can be posted.

Well done to everybody who posted a performance, whether it was a club best, a club age group best, a personal best, or just something you worked for and deserved. Special congratulations for those who posted club bests over the classic distances, to Mark Herkes, Dave Hooper, Jennifer Jennings, Roisin Plunkett , Katherine Hay-Heddle and Mike Keogh.
