Given that COCO was founded by a genuine running legend, Steve Cram, it won't come as any surprise to learn that if you fancy pulling the running shoes on to raise funds for COCO we have a special club set up for you. Team COCO is your chance to run in our coveted orange vest, not only will you look the part, you'll have the satisfaction of knowing that every stride is making a real difference to disadvantaged children the world over.

But it gets even better, committed as we are at COCO to 'running for all', we are proud to say you don't have to be a multiple gold medallist, MBE winning former BBC Sports Personality of the Year to join!!

Regardless of the distance you want to cover, be it 5k or double marathons in Africa we'll have an event that suits you and a garish orange vest that...well...might not.

Team COCO is not just for runners...

Any runner, swimmer or cyclist can be part of Team COCO. Simply let us know what sport you are involved with and we'll make you part of our team. If you are a swimmer and you are looking for a new event to get involved with why not try the Great North Swim? You couldn't ask for a more picturesque setting to swim in and COCO have guaranteed entries available. For more information and to enter please email laura@coco.org.uk.

 

How do I join Team COCO?

To join Team COCO you just need to email laura@coco.org.uk and we will send you an application form. Membership for the year is just £10 and you will receive a bi-monthly e-newsletter, a running vest training advice and fundraising advice for any events that you enter.

I want to be a UK Athletics affiliated Team COCO member. How do I do this?

For the serious runners out there, COCO have our own UKA affiliated running team, Team COCO. To join please email laura@coco.org.uk for an application form. Membership is £15 for the year and you'll receive priority entry to running events and you'll also be eligible for COCO's London Marathon entries. All Team COCO members receive a fundraising pack and of course a brightly coloured, fashionable Team COCO vest!
