Whilst the Schools for Life programme offers an exceptional standard of education, it does not offer the final step for students to access top University courses and jobs.
To access top jobs and University courses, students have to complete a final 2 years of education. This is very similar to Sixth Form in the UK. This education is difficult to come by; of the 293 schools in the Ruvuma region offering education up to Form 4, only eight offer education up to Form 6.
To enable students to become the leaders of tomorrow, who lift themselves and their communities from poverty, we are keen to empower them to complete their education, which is why we are setting up Hoja Teacher Training and Learning Centre.
