The Camino de Santiago is a network of pilgrim routes leading to the cathedral of Santiago de Compostela in Galicia in northwestern Spain, where tradition holds that the remains of the apostle James are buried.

There are many different paths that make up the Camino de Santiago, but the Camino Francés, or French Way, is the most popular. Join COCO and take on the most famous stretch of the Camino Francés: the last 100 kilometres from Sarria to Santiago. The journey can be completed in 7 days, passing through quaint villages and stunning scenery, as we trace the footsteps of thousands of other walkers throughout history!
In 1987, the Camino was declared the first Cultural Route of the Council of Europe. Since 2013, the Camino has attracted more than 200,000 pilgrims each year!
