Meet the Partners

RedTribe works in partnership with the remote Maasai community in Olorte to bring hope for a better future by improving health, promoting education, and alleviating poverty.

 

The organisation was set up by Hennie Marais and his wife Becca, who left the comfort of their London home with their three young children to live and serve among this remote community.

Niaver was founded in 2013 by Isaac Lidaywa and four other community members. Niaver means 'hope' in the local language of Luhya, to represent the organisation's aim of bringing hope to the local community of Bwayi, a village close to Kitale in Western Kenya.

Isaac was motivated to start Niaver due to the extreme poverty in his local area. There is high prevalence of HIV/AIDS in Bwayi, with government statistics suggesting that approximately 18% of local people are HIV positive. 

Established in 2012, LESCOTA was co-founded by Maurus Nchimbi and two other community members, and is based in Mbinga, Southern Tanzania, the most densely populated district in the region.

LESCOTA works to strengthen the well-being of rural communities by improving health and sanitation, providing greater access to education, and advancing sustainable agricultural practices.
